The new formulations are clean (meet stronger criteria than those needed by the United States, Canada, and the European Union), vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free, and paraben-free, and will be accessible globally for the first time. Jenner sold a 51% interest in her firm to cosmetics giant Coty in November 2019 for a cool $600 million.
